Inside Sales Associate

A LeadingResponse Company, RME360, located in Tampa, Florida, is seeking a talented, top:performing Inside Sales Associate with the entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will sell our marketing services and lead generation systems designed to help businesses grow by acquiring and developing new clients and prospects.

RME360 is a full service marketing company that helps business professionals and corporate advertisers in the Financial, Healthcare and Legal sectors by developing and implementing response:focused marketing strategies and solutions. Competitive base salary + incentive compensation (average compensation of 140K within 2 years)

Duties and responsibilities:
:Develop expert knowledge of our products and services.
:Develop revenue from new sales and up:sell efforts
:Serve as a consultant to our clients in the development and execution of marketing programs.
:Place an average of 75 outbound phone calls per day to company and self:generated leads/clients.
:Track all sales activities and pipeline via Salesforce.
:Develop and implement self:directed proactive prospecting and consultative selling approach.

The successful candidate will have the following education, experience, knowledge and skills:
Bachelors degree (B. A.) from four:year College or university in marketing, sales, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience required.
Have a desire to be successful and demonstrate a solid work ethic and ambitious attitude
Demonstrate a motivation to learn and develop new skills
Critical thinker who has the ability to produce creative solutions for our clients
Adaptable and want to work in an exciting and competitive sales environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
1+ years of sales experience or the desire to be a part of something bigger than yourself
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, Salesforce preferred.
