Title Processor + Full Time + Tampa, FL + Posted 4 weeks ago Thrivas Staffing Agency Established title & escrow company is currently hiring a Title Processor. The position is full time and permanent and will provide benefits after a 60 day probationary period. The title company will also provide annual salary increases, bonus potential and the opportunity to advance your career in other departments if desired. The ideal applicant will have previous real estate title processing experience or have worked as a title clerk; possibly typing title commitments or opening title requests. Other qualified applicants will either have worked as a realtors assistant, closing coordinator, policy typist or post closing specialist. Industry knowledge is required for this role. The title processor is responsible for opening all new title requests for real estate title closings. This includes all residential refinance and new home purchase requests. Commercial closings are handled in another office location. The title processing specialist is also responsible for performing data entry on client info, ordering liens and payoffs, and assisting with the clearing of title. You will also assist with preparing preliminary closing packages and assisting the title closer to ensure they are prepared to close. This position is also responsible for providing the receptionist with breaks and covering the phones for lunch. To succeed in this position you must have exceptional organizational skills and pride yourself on providing exceptional customer service. Requirements: + Industry experience + No less than 2+ years of professional office experience + Type 35 wpm
