Job Description:/h3:
Full time position with a high volume real estate investment company. Responsibilities include completing all phases of contract management including preparing, receiving, processing and closing of real estate contracts. Handling phone interactions with clients, title and coordinating all aspects of closing. Task also include listing and marketing properties, database updates for transactions and additional projects as needed. A successful candidate will be comfortable to handle and prioritize multi:task multiple transactions with complete accuracy on a daily basis. Office is located in the Largo area. :2:5 years administrative experience in Real Estate Office, Title Company or Law Firm
:Managing client, Realtor and title company relations
:Excellent communication verbal and written communication skills
:Ability to obtain, follow up, organize and prioritize information
:Excellent computer and internet skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
:Self managed, proactive, efficient, dependable problem solver
:Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant and professional manner
:Provide clerical and administrative support
High School Diploma or equivalent
College and bilingual is a plus
