Selected candidates will have an opportunity to break into commercial real estate by working in conjuction with an award-winning firm. Associates will focus on reaching out to property owners on behalf of the Company's institutional clients in several sectors of commercial real estate. Complete training will be conducted for the few candidates that are selected. The Founder of Glassover & Raitz, Jeffrey Glassover, (Columbia MBA/Cornell Law) has over 30 years of experience representing institutional real estate clients. Very lucrative pay structure Candidate will invest $150/month in the necessary commercial real estate software. At your first closing, these funds will be reimbursed. Estimated income: $50k-$250k in first 18 mos. IT ALL DEPENDS ON HOW DRIVEN YOU ARE TO BE SUCCESSFUL. If you want to get rich quickly in commercial real estate, then this is not a good fit for you.
