Caspers Service Company
Caspers Service Company is currently seeking an experienced (3:5 years) Talent Acquisition Recruiter responsible for leading and successfully executing the recruitment life:cycle for facilities management, construction, and skilled trade professionals including: creating internal/external job postings, candidate sourcing, initiating and scheduling interviews, analyzing potential hires, executing offer and pre:hire processes, onboarding, and other related key hiring activities. The candidate will possess high energy level with the ability to convey enthusiasm in person and on the phone.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
:
Responsible for actively recruiting candidates for specific hiring needs of the organization.
:
Responsible for conducting pre:qualification phone screens of prospective candidates.
:
Provides analysis of reports/metrics and making recommendations for recruitment initiatives.
:
Develops and implements new recruitment strategies.
:
Tracks and manages internal job opening logs as needed.
:
Responsible for managing external job postings on various job boards.
:
Ensures timely posting of open positions on all job boards.
:
Works closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
:
Conducts phone and/or onsite interviews.
:
Participates in the interview and selection process (including hiring recommendations).
:
Manages the hiring process including recommending salary offers, relocation packages, and standard pay practices against market.
:
Interfaces directly with Hiring Managers, candidates, and hiring team.
:
Presents top quality candidates to hiring managers.
:
Ensures processes and procedures promote the best talent and meet metrics.
:
Provides timely feedback to candidates and maintains a network of prospects.
:
Collaborates with Human Resources and Administrative team.
:
Creates a positive experience for applicants.
:
Gathers and assemble recruitment data weekly, monitoring cost and applicant traffic.
:
Attend hiring events and career fairs as needed.
:
Additional HR responsibilities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
:
A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, and/or related field.
:
3+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
:
Must be proficient or advanced in Microsoft Excel and internet database applications.
:
Must be able to do Full Life recruiting (sourcing, candidate tracking and tools).
:
Manages planning, logistics, and advertising for recruitment events.
:
Prior experience with applicant tracking systems.
:
Prior experience in effectively recruiting via social media.
:
Proficient in MS Office.
:
Strong analytical and investigative skills, strong attention to detail.
:
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills.
:
Occasional local or national travel.
:
Previous recruitment experience preferred in construction, design, and facilities management preferred.

Required education:
Bachelors Degree

Required experience:
Preferred recruitment in skilled trades, or facilities management industry: 3 years
Recruiting: 3 years
PHR Certification Preferred
