We are currently seeking Restaurant Managers to join our magnificent team. Our multiple locations are conveniently located and we are poised with plans to offer the community exciting newness.
Summary of Position:
Develop, maintain and oversee product excellence and operational standards and policies. Uphold optimum service to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service. Manage sales and profitability and oversee the budget and reporting. Assemble unity, educate and excel staff professionalism. Generate promotional efforts and adapt to market conditions to preserve status.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that all food and products are high quality, prepared and served following set standards.
Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
Ensure establishment achieves objectives in sales, profitability, service, quality, appearance of facility, and
sanitation/cleanliness.
Support in establishing and achievement of the budget and oversee the execution of the budget over the year; help in the development and execution of monthly marketing plans; analyze financial reports and makes necessary management decisions.
Conduct weekly manager and employee meetings.
Manage shifts as needed.
Accomplishes all human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations and professional development, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions on a timely manner; enforcing policies and procedures. Make employment and discharge decisions.
Maximizes profitability by ensuring portion control; monitor accuracy of charges.
Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures. Accountable for the bank deposits.
Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.
Apprise updated concepts of new
technology/advancements, for establishment efficiency.
Implement, uphold, purchase orders systems, shipping receiving procedures, to retain precise inventory levels.
Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

Education: More than two years of post: high school education, a degree from a four: year college or Hospitality Training preferred.
Experience: Two to three full years of full employment in a two:meal restaurant or related position within hospitality or other organization.
Essential Skills:
Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurants trading area.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Microsoft Office knowledge advantageous

Have knowledge of service, food, and beverage, generally involving at least five years of front:of:the:house operations and/or assistant management positions.
Food Managers Certification and training ability a plus.
Possess excellent basic math skills and able to operate a cash register or POS system. (Micros preferred)
People management, Planner, Foster Teamwork, Self:Motivated, Energetic, Resolving Conflict, Dependable, and Honorable.
Able to open and close place of business.
Must have the determination to work 50 to 60 hours per week.
Willing to be flexible on a working schedule to adapt to staffing needs.
Conceptual knowledge of phone, security, computers, internet/web, for businesses establishments and work on minor repair tasks.
