At Outsource, we are currently on the hunt for a Recruiter in our Tampa, FL office. While we believe in hard work, we also believe in playing hard. As a recruiter at Outsource, you will primarily source and recruit technicians for the wiring industry. Qualified candidates should send their resumes to for consideration. Interviews are currently underway.
What are the typical Recruiter responsibilities?
:Utilize our internal database and various job boards to source, screen and onboard potential candidates
:Place, dispatch, and manage several candidates with new and/or existing clients
:Conduct face to face interviews with potential candidates
:Negotiate pay ranges and salaries with potential candidates
:Develop recruiting resources to attract qualified candidates
:Identify qualified candidates for job openings from the sales team using the phone, internet, social media, etc.
:Other duties may be assigned
What are the typical performance metrics for a Recruiter?
:50 outbound calls a day
:One start/placement a week
:Identify 5 sales leads through reference checks and candidate conversations
:Provide weekly reporting on activity
:Utilize internal database to log activity
What does it take to successfully be a Recruiter at Outsource?
:Bachelors degree preferred, and/or recent military experience
:0:2 years of experience in a related field (retail, call center, brokerage, healthcare, staffing, etc.)
:Prior internship/work experience in sales, marketing or customer service environment is preferred
:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications. Write reports and business correspondence and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
