This position provides program/project management support for existing and new talent management and organizational development programs deployed to managers across the globe. Manages programs and processes in close coordination with partners in SYKES global locations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**Adherence to SYKES policies on ethics and integrity Manages the on:going development and deployment of OD and talent management programs to insure maximum impact.Builds collaborative relationships with global and regional Operations and OD leaders to create strong global sponsorship, alignment and support for global programs.Adapts deployment strategy based on the unique organizational, operational, cultural and language characteristics of each country.Globally manages SYKESA? Talent Management technology including configuration, testing and training.Manages on:going vendor relationships (including contracts and program enhancements).Closely coordinates interdependencies among related programs and processes (including the content, timing and approach).Analyzes current practices and provides recommendations regarding the enhancement of programs, processes and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.Plans, collects, analyzes and creates reports on programs to effectively characterize program impact and satisfy stakeholder requirements.Designs and maintains project materials, including project plan.Facilitates regular stakeholder and project team meetings and communications, including scheduling, development and circulation.Manages the Global OD unit budget including budget development and ongoing management. Manages and supports special projects as needed (e.g. planning a global training conference).May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Bachelors Degree and 3:5 years program management experience in an HR or OD environment required. Must have experience leading project teams (prefer experience with virtual teams), experience working with a Talent Management System (Performance Management System, Learning Management System etc.). Experience with Success Factors technology and working in a global environment preferred.QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
