Healthcare Recruiter / Entry Level Management/ Sales

Integrity Health Services is presently hiring exceptional Healthcare Recruiters for our Tampa office. Our ideal candidate is one that is dynamic, outgoing, driven by success and prepared to grow within our organization.
Healthcare Recruiters responsibilities include:
Recruiting and developing the most skilled clinicians available to provide care to our clients.
o Recruiting through various avenues including but not limited to: Indeed, Monster, Zip Recruiter, Craigslist and more.
o Utilizing both verbal and written recruitment methods.
o Guiding candidates through the entire hiring process.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
o At Integrity Health Services, we set ourselves apart by cultivating lasting relationships with the patients we serve. As a Healthcare Recruiter you act as the primary liaison between our patients and their staff.
o Identifying and fulfilling the staffing needs of homecare cases.
o Completing field visits with our clients.

Uphold stringent compliance standards.
o Learning and implementing compliance standards in recruiting, human resources and labor for all external staff.

Management of field staff
o Healthcare Recruiters are responsible for the management of external staff for all administrative purposes. This includes, but is not limited to: patient scheduling, payroll/ billing, hiring and termination.

The skills that you will begin to develop upon hire are the same that you will continue to use as you grow within our company. Healthcare Recruiters are integral members of each office, playing a role in every aspect of day to day operations within the office. The position of Healthcare Recruiter is an entry level position with a structured career path.
Year 1
o You will spend your first year learning and developing your skill in all areas of recruitment while beginning to manage a case load of clients and field staff. 60 of your time will be spent on the active daily recruitment of new field staff.
Year 2
o During your second year with the company you will be evaluated and promoted to Senior Healthcare Recruiter, overseeing the day to day operations of your peer Recruiters.
Year 3
o Once you have reached your third year and given favorable market conditions you will be evaluated and promoted to the role of Accounts Manager, earning the opportunity to relocate and open an office in a promising new market. This first year as an Accounts Manager will involve learning your new market and developing relationships with staff, referral sources, physicians and clients. Additionally, you will play a role in the procurement of various local and state licenses required to conduct business.
Year 4
o Once reaching your fourth year, your new office will have the necessary licensure to begin taking on clients. Your focus will shift towards procuring new cases, hiring and managing a team of internal staff, expanding your reach within your coverage area and maintaining the strong reputation that Integrity Health Services has cultivated in each of its offices.

Healthcare Recruiter (1st Year) : 55,000
Healthcare Recruiter (2nd Year) : 60,000
Accounts Manager (3rd Year) : 65,000
Accounts Manager (4th Year) :75,000 plus commission
