Executive Administrator
Executive Administrator reports directly to the CEO however provides administrative support to the senior leadership team. In addition to providing general office functions for a corporate team such as presentations, scheduling travel, and overall administrative support, this position performs additional duties such as financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, assisting with COI process and procurement function as necessary and overall corporate office support as needed. Deals with a diverse group of external customers as well as interacting with all levels of the organization including Board of Directors. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.

:Establishes, develops, maintains and updates a process related to the tracking of leases and business licenses (certificates of insurances, etc.) for the organizations facilities for
existing/acquisition properties, coordinates with procurement manager and others as required.
:Acts as a liaison with other departments, outside agencies/vendors, including high:level staff such as CEOs and senior level executives including Board of Directors. Handles confidential and non:routine information or projects as necessary.
:Works in tandem with Procurement to obtain general office supplies, manage operational duties (uniform orders, corporate credit card expenses, check requests and vendor ordering/billing and assisting with research pertaining to the RFP process.
:Supports Compliance Manager as necessary completing projects in support compliance procedures or processes. Ensure all state Department of Agriculture licenses are accurate and maintain all documentation for state compliance and assist with tracking required CEUs on licensed operators.
:Assists Marketing to distribute and coordinate information, general correspondences, memos, and marketing material and/or products throughout the organization as necessary.
:Drafts written responses or replies by phone or e:mail to include legal correspondences, company announcements and key events/projects in the organization.
:Types and designs general correspondences, memos, charts, graphs and presentations requested by the executive leadership team and responsible for communication of information in addition to the accuracy and clarity of final copy.
:Schedules and organizes activities such as leadership meetings, travel, conferences and
department/companywide activities as requested by the executive leadership team.
:All other duties as assigned.

:Minimum of 5:7 years of related experience in an office setting with executive leadership support required.
:Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
:Previous experience working in a service industry communicating with external customers, vendors, government officials and leadership team required.
:Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.), and knowledge of Adobe required.
:Capable of working in a fast paced environment, work effectively under pressure to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously. Proficient with prioritizing and problem resolution.
:Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and make timely and sound decisions with minimal supervision is required.
:Ability to support a team of 4+ executives.
:Real estate or legal experience a plus.
:Ability to adapt to fast paced pro:growth agenda through acquisitions and organic growth and be a proactive change agent through the growth process. Company Description:/h3:
