How many times have you gone for a massage and felt like you were just a number being processed. In out in an hour or less? We offer the full time you desire, if you schedule for an hour, you have an hour of massage, maybe a little more.
Massage is the main focus of the Holistic Health Haven. We strive to bring you the best there is to restore balance to body, mind and spirit.
A team of eight therapists, male and female,provide a wide array of styles for you to choose from. The following listing is an abbreviated selection.
Swedish : 1 hour ($65), 90 Min ($100)
Deep Tissue / Sports : 30 Min ($40), 1 hour ($80)
Specialty Massages include: Neuromuscular, Prenatal, Oncology, Lymph Drainage, Thai, Reiki, Bamboo Fusion
We now have Dr Matthew Frey, AP, DOM offering his pain relieving acupuncture treatments, smoking cessation, as well as overall wellness.
Rounding out our offering is: Yoga, a series of nutritional classes and crystal bowl meditations.
