Join us at PSCU!This position trains programs tailored to the needs of PSCU and associated systems and processes while providing performance analysis of the learners and consulting with the business. Incumbent will deliver classroom based and blended learning instruction, gather source materials for development of learning curriculum, and will collaborate with Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) staff to adapt approach and delivery based on audience needs. Incumbent will also analyze performance data to determine gaps where learning curriculum should be enhanced to improve results.Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop collaborative relationships with business line management, subject matter experts, and other L&OD staff to identify learning opportunities to close knowledge or performance gaps, and gather source content for learning curriculumEstablish performance objectives, learning outcomes, and assessment tools, utilizing established instructional theories and design principles; Deliver blended and classroom based instructionModify custom designed or off-the-shelf classroom and blended learning programs, based on audience needsAnalyze effectiveness of learning interventions through associate job performance and post-course delivery assessments; Create assessments for reinforcement, including situational and scenario-based questions; Provide post-learning follow up to support learning transferProvide regular updates to department management of status of all development activities, completion of milestones, and potential conflictsPerform other duties as assigned Role RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning and development, organizational development, or human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience: Four (4) years learning content delivery experience for classroom, e-learning, and blended learning programs required. Experience developing performance-based learning objectives, facilitating classes, and presenting to groups of various sizes required. Experience working with various learning technologies, distance learning technologies, and multi-media learning systems required. Experience translating written content into visual descriptions, graphics, and simulations required.
