The Training Analyst is responsible for executing the training strategy and content for the Tampa Global Services (GS) organization. This role implements the defined curriculum for the organization and takes full responsibility of effective knowledge sharing across the Tampa GS organization.
The Training Analyst will ensure all stakeholders in the Tampa GS organization are fully informed, educated and trained on the relevant services, processes, policies, technologies and data needs in NA region and globally. The analyst will be responsible for tracking compliance to curriculum requirements.
The position will report into the Global Services Tampa Site Training Lead and will be responsible for the following:
• Build and deliver training for Tampa GS.
• Coordinate regional and local trainings for Tampa GS employees and contractors.
• Partner with content Subject Matter Experts across GS to build new training content and/or update existing materials.
• Apply and execute the policies, procedures and management metrics to control and monitor Tampa GS training performance and effectiveness.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the Tamp GS training and performance support materials.
• Continuously improve training and performance support materials as needed.
• Build the Tampa GS training infrastructure to ensure that GS has the necessary tools to train employees.
• Work with GS Training teams from other global sites to ensure global consistency of materials.
• Act as an ambassador for our customers, and ensure end user/customer feedback, and suggestions for improvement are incorporated into enhancement efforts.
• Contribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment by documenting and sharing all relevant working experiences with issue resolution for training future reference.
• Communicate and interact effectively with team members; develop credibility and trusted mutually respected relationships with customers, supervisors, and team members.
• Interact and interface with customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable in relation to the activities and dependencies of the role.

Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
• A minimum of 5 years of overall experience with 3 years of experience in training design, development and/or delivery is required.
• Experience using content authoring tools and instructional technologies including learning management and/or content management systems is required
• Knowledge of training measurement analytics tools, methods and processes is required
• Customer service and relationship management experience is required
• Communication planning and delivery is required
• Job analysis and skills assessment experience is required
• Project management experience is required
• Familiarity with Shared Services as a business model is preferred
• Familiarity with the business functions of Human Resources, Finance, and/or Procurement is preferred
• Familiarity with best practice and current adult learning principles is preferred
• Intermediate level computer skills in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is preferred
• Group presentation skills are preferred
• Experience developing and delivering synchronous web-based learning activities is preferred
• Ability to identify business needs and translate them into training requirements is preferred
