Job Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the customer's benefits or claims Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in Medical Insurance Benefit Package: Paid Sick, Personal and Vacation Time Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K Paid Holidays Company Description Leading Edge Administrators is a New York City- based company which administers and supports self-insured health plans.
