Electric Vehicle Mall, a premier electric-bike and high-end mobility scooter store, selling locally and nationally, is immediately hiring a Customer Service Manager whose duties include handling all customer service calls, selling parts and accessories, inventory and shipping parts and accessories, and updating the customer data base to assist with our increasing inflow of customers.
Tall floor to ceiling windows provide an airy workplace to showcase our attractive high-quality products. The ideal applicant will fit in with our team who are caring and genuinely enjoy working together to help customers to increase their mobility and their fun.
We’re looking for an intelligent, cheerful, high-energy, person with a genuinely friendly disposition towards others to complement our staff.
The average age of our customers is 40 to 75. Kindness, good communication skills, patience, attention to detail and a strong desire to help people find the right bike or scooter for them are vital.
Previous Customer Service experience and a basic understanding of customer service best practices are a must. The Customer is ALWAYS Right.
Strong computer skills are a must: Outlook email, Word, Excel, basic customer service software and photo sharing
A degree of athleticism is required as you may need to go out with customers to help them test drive a repaired electric bike or scooter during short test rides.
We will train on the technical details of e-bikes and mobility scooters.
