Paid Training Schedule is : Monday thru Friday/6:00p:10:30p (5:30p on day 1/Orientation) (09/11 Orientation)
Paid Training Schedule is : Tuesday thru Friday/6:00p : 10:30p (5:30p on day 1/Orientation) and Saturday/12:00p : 4:30p (09/12 Orientation)
Weekly Work Schedule (after training) is :
Tuesday thru Saturday/6:00p : 10:00p ( September 11th start date)
Tuesday thru Friday/6:00p : 11:00p and Saturday/3:00p : 8:00p (September 12th start date)
For Consideration, the following are required/desired:
*Previous Outbound Call Center experience ( desired )
*Bilinguals must have exceptional language fluency in BOTH English and Spanish (oral and written) and will be required to conduct Nelsen Script readings and hold conversations in both English and Spanish as part of the hiring process ( required )
*Integrity and great work ethic ( required )
*Ability to be scripted and read verbatim while maintaining control of the call ( required)
*Enthusiasm and the ability to persuade and encourage respondents to participate ( required )
*Passion for success ( required )
*Desire to be successful and achieve top results ( required )
*Desire to engage and have fun ( required)
