Salesforce (SFDC) Administrator

This role is part of the Results & Delivery team within the IT channel world. This team is focused on bringing new marketing capabilities to life for both digital and non-digital marketing platforms all while keeping the existing solutions alive and well. This role will focus our existing customers and how we best engage them in our marketing effort through technology. This role will drive the implementation of end-to-end solutions from concept through development and deployment lifecycle; including budgeting, project management, problem solving and solutioning with IT partners and strategizing with business partners. The candidate will be required to partner with marketing strategy and execution teams, decision management, legal/compliance, procurement, internal technology teams as well as with 3rd party MarTech vendors to design, develop, implement and manage IT channels that help MSPs, VARs, CPSs, and Vendor reseller marketing platform. This role reports to the Results & Delivery Manager.

This position will be based in the Carillon/Gateway area at the intersection of St. Petersburg and Clearwater. Our office is just a few minutes from the Howard Franklin bridge putting Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg and surrounding areas are all manageable commutes.


The SFDC Administrator will be responsible for Perform duties to support, administrator and configure SFDC ( and other business applications including enhancements, customization, configuration, reporting, and end user support, working within the limits of established policies in Lake Mary, FL


● Marketing Technologies (MarTech) with systems development life cycle (SDLC) experience.

● Engage in a number of different types of business consulting and technology projects including developing, implementing, and building technology strategies and solutions.

● Evaluate software vendors in the MarTech ecosystem, and make solution recommendations.

● Build the integration, syndication, and processes to enable the sharing of capabilities and technologies to be scalable and support the business today, as well as it grows.

● Own the roadmap for your workstream(s). Everything from understanding the big picture and conceptualizing complex MarTech solutions, to leading architectural design sessions on behalf of the business and managing large cross-functional teams of both internal and external partners focused on solution design, development and implementation.

● Provide recommendations to management regarding infrastructure, operating guidelines and procedures, audit and business reporting, and timely issue resolution.

● Evaluate gaps in capabilities, data or partners required to deliver customer marketing strategies

● Evaluate new releases of SFDC to determine functionality requirements.

● Engage in a number of different consulting projects ranging from the formulation and analysis of business, process and organizational strategies through the implementation of recommendations and PMO establishment. The methodologies will change depending on business need.

● 1-3 years of experience with systems strategy, evaluation, configuration, or integration of Marketing Technology (MarTech) systems and processes.

● Experience with cross platforms like MindMatrix, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud, SalesForce, 8 x 8, and Connectwise, AutoTask, and TigerPaw is a plus.

● Knowledge of digital marketing or digital advertising operational processes and technologies in the media (Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Data Management Platform (DMP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), segmentation, multi-channel campaign measurement and ad targeting channels).

● Demonstrated experience across multiple system implementation projects.

● Familiarity with an SDLC methodology that covers requirements analysis, development and delivery.

● Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage delivery of custom development projects based on business requirements.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.

● Experience with presentation and spreadsheet tools, such as PowerPoint, and Excel.
