Job Description Defense Contractor seeking an Office/Admin Assistant to join our growing team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. The ideal candidate would be positive, upbeat, flexible, with a desire to learn and grow. Responsibilities to include by not limited to: Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests, and answer telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks Ordering office materials Expense reports for management Basic bookkeeping Data Entry Qualifications: MUST be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, Power Point, & Outlook. Basic experience with Adobe programs is also helpful Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Basic Accounting experience helpful Some college with degree desired Our desire is to find someone who can grow with the job as our company grows, with additional advancement opportunities if desired. Part-time to full-time or Full-time employment is available. We are flexible, if at first for the candidate wants/needs to work part-time in the beginning, with the move to a full-time position.
