A company in Tampa is seeking a temporary Front Desk Coordinator to assist with day to day operations. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Greeting visitors Answering incoming calls transferring to the appropriate contact Data entry Scheduling appointments Scanning/filing documents The ideal candidate for this role will have intermediate skills in MS Word Excel, great communication skills and will be comfortable working in a fast paced, business casual environment. This is a part time, temporary opportunity that will last through the end of April, and will pay up to $14 per hour.
