National Immigration law firm is seeking a professional, friendly and outgoing individual to provide client services via telephone and in person to set, schedule and confirm appointments for clients requesting immigration services by the firm's attorneys. Qualified candidate must be bilingual (English/Spanish), personable, well-spoken and have a polished and professional appearance for front-office responsibilities as well as excellent administrative skills. This is a professional law firm environment where client communication skills and follow up service are essential to the firm's practice. The team member must be positive, creative, have a commitment to hard work as well as excellent writing, communication, organizational, and case management skills and be able to execute these within a fast paced environment. Duties will include but are not limited to greeting clients, answering telephones, assisting attorney and staff, light typing, handling receipt of payments, liaise with Corporate office attorneys/staff, collect, copy and scan documentation to case management system, facilitate communication between clients and staff, and other administrative tasks. Previous administrative experience at a law firm or doctor's office as well as experience with high volume calls and multi-line switchboard is preferred.
