About the Job

This part time position ( 20 hours per week) provides a wide variety of administrative support services. Performs office work directly related to management and the general business operations of the association under the direction of the Community Association Manager. Excellent work environment- gulf front property.

Must possess strong administrative background. Two (2) to Three (3) years of related work experience. Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Excellent interpersonal, office management and communications skills preferred. MS Office, Excel and Outlook skills essential. Basic accounting skills a plus.

Position could possibly expand to full time and eventually lead to an assistant community association manager based on performance and after successfully obtaining required state CAM license.
