Job Description:/h3:
We are seeking an Account Manager to join a printing client of ours in the central part of Pinellas County In this role, you will be given a book of business to help maintain and grow relationships, take orders and generate additional business from them.
Responsibilities:
:Present and represent company abilities and services to your book of business
:Drive the projects through the production process
:Continue to deepen your relationship with the clients in your book of business
:Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
:Set follow:up appointments and communicate with the clients on the status of their projects
:Create sales material to present to customers

:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management
:A background in commercial printing is preferred
:Ability to build rapport with clients
:Strong negotiation skills
